Integrated Audit Trail
Every signature generated in VollSign contains an immutable audit trail. This documents: time of signature, IP address of the signatory, device used (user agent), signature class (SES/AES/QES), and unique document ID.
Checking PDF properties
Open the signed PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader. In the "Tools > Signatures" menu, you can view all digital signatures and their metadata – including the certificate chain and validation status.
Download the certificate
In the dashboard you can download a signature certificate as a PDF for each completed request. This certificate is court-proof as evidence for courts and authorities and contains all relevant metadata and the complete audit trail.
