Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between vollsign GmbH and its customers regarding the use of the vollsign platform.

vollsign provides a web-based platform for creating, managing, and digitally signing powers of attorney. The specific services are described in the respective service description.

The contract is concluded through registration on the platform and confirmation of registration by vollsign.

The customer is obliged to keep their access data secret and protect it from third-party access. In case of suspected misuse, vollsign must be informed immediately.

1. The customer is solely responsible for the legality, content, and security of all documents (in particular PDF files) that the customer, or someone acting on the customer’s behalf, uploads and processes through the platform.
2. The customer warrants that uploaded files are free of malware, viruses, trojans, or other harmful code.
3. vollsign may subject uploaded files to automated security checks; such a check is not guaranteed to run on every upload, does not guarantee detection of all malware, and does not relieve the customer of their own duty of care.
4. If harmful or fraudulent content is detected, or there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, vollsign is entitled to reject the affected upload, temporarily suspend the affected account, and document the incident.
5. In the event of damage demonstrably caused by the customer (e.g. by uploading malware), the customer is liable under applicable statutory provisions; vollsign reserves the right to pursue corresponding claims.
6. Repeated or intentional violations of these obligations may result in termination of the service agreement for cause (see also the Acceptable Use Policy).

Current prices are available on the website. Payment is made in advance by credit card or SEPA direct debit.

vollsign is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
