The VollSign credit model
VollSign works with a flexible credit system. Depending on the signature class, different amounts of credits are consumed: SES (1 credit), AES (2 credits), QES (5 credits), PDF upload (1 credit). The remaining balance can be viewed at any time in the dashboard under "Billing > Balance".
Topping up your balance
Navigate to "Billing > Purchase Credits". Choose the desired package. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (credit card, SEPA direct debit, or PayPal). Your invoice is emailed immediately and archived in the dashboard under "Billing > Invoices".
Low balance – notifications
VollSign automatically notifies you when your balance falls below the threshold you set. Configure this threshold under "Settings > Notifications > Balance Warning". Optional: Enable auto-reload.
