Switching plans
Navigate to "Settings > Subscription". Select the desired plan and click "Switch". Every plan change becomes active immediately. Usage counters and the billing period start are reset right away for the new plan.
Canceling your subscription
Navigate to "Settings > Subscription > Cancel". Cancellation becomes effective immediately. If you own an organization on a paid plan, the organization stays active for up to 24 hours in a grace period and then becomes inactive unless payment is restored.
Backing up data before cancellation
Before canceling, download all your signed PDFs and certificates under "Documents > Export". Audit logs can be backed up as CSV under "Security > Audit Log > Export".
